The Team -- Strategic Partnerships

The Strategic Partnerships team exists to support our enterprise partners in leveraging SigFig-powered solutions to create meaningful value for their customers, employees, and organizations.

Within Strategic Partnerships, a variety of sub-teams play specialized roles in acquiring new partners and driving the deployment and ongoing success of partner-specific programs across our Digital Wealth and Atlas solutions. These teams include Enterprise Sales, Engagement Management, Relationship Management, Client Services, Advisor Consulting, and Enterprise and Product Marketing.

The Opportunity -- Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager

The Relationship Management team is the single point of contact for our Partners, responsible for leading delivery of platform upgrades, driving growth and adoption programs, and influencing key stakeholders. As a Senior RM on the team, you are responsible for the overall satisfaction of our major partner stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and other functions.

You thrive on solving complex problems and leading both internal and partner teams to drive results. This role will report to the Director of Enterprise Relationship Management with extensive cross-functional and external interaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner: build trusted advisory relationships with enterprise stakeholders and become an expert in navigating partner organizations on behalf of SigFig teams
  • Manage: both enterprise partner and SigFig teams through ongoing feature development and release planning to effectively meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Advise: develop strategies to drive adoption of SigFig’s platform and growth of new partners
  • Scale: develop and govern scalable partner processes that span across product, marketing, operations, client services, engineering, compliance, finance, and other functions

Ideal SigFigian for this Role

    • 5+ years of client-facing management consulting, customer success, enterprise software delivery, or similar experience
    • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written)
    • Demonstrated abilities in project leadership, program management, influencing cross-functional teams
    • Knowledge of Financial Institutions and the priorities of a wealth management business
